When you sell via Tickster, our ticket support for your visitors and customers. Here you can direct your ticket buyers with all kinds of questions – before, after and during your event. Our ticket support helps you sell more tickets through easy reservation of tickets by phone, which are then easily paid via Swish, advance invoice or payment link directly in the web shop.

Installation & delivery

Do you need help on site with installation, implementation and delivery during your event? We love being out “on the road” and our knowledgeable installers have solid experience of all types of deliveries and events.

Self-service portal

In the Tickster self-service portal MyTickster, your ticket buyers can see their purchases and receipts, download tickets, administer pot tickets, pass on and switch back events from a season pass and a lot more. This service can also be adapted to your graphic profile.
